Giving back and making a difference in this world is very near and dear to my heart!

I truly believe it is our responsibility to make a positive impact on the world around us! When I started my photography business I knew that I wanted it to be a for-purpose business.
For-purpose businesses run like normal businesses, but also have a social or environmental mission!

I have always had a love for dogs. When I was younger I actually wanted to be a vet! Right now in life’s journey I’m not able to adopt another dog or foster, but I still want to be able to help in some way!

That’s why I came up with “Pictures with Purpose”! Making my money matter by helping out local dog shelters in our community! For every photo session booked with Taylar Dawn Photography, one bag of dog food is donated back to our local animal shelters! These organizations do vital work to protect and care for animals in need, and I am so proud to support them in any way I can!

Along with “Pictures with Purpose”, every year we host Santa Paws Minis! A pet focused photo session!

Pets truly are part of the family and they should be included in your family photos! Santa Paws Minis are the perfect way to capture your 4 legged best friend(s) and those who love them most!

25% of all booked sessions during Santa Paws goes back to help Raise the Woof and other local shelters during the winter season! During these sessions, clients are also encouraged to donate physical items such as a bag of food or treats, a collar and leash or blankets! Every little bit helps!
